89% of people above the age of 15 are able to read and write in Qatar

According to the CIA website 13 years is the life expectancy in schools

Goal 3 - Promote Gender Equality and Empower Women
"Eliminate gender disparity in primary and secondary education, preferably by 2005, and in all levels of education no later than 2015"
Secondary school enrollment ratio 109% and a gross primary school enrollment ratio 102% for women according to the CIA factbook.

Goal 4 -Reduce Child Mortality
"Reduce by two-thirds, between 1990 and 2015, the under-five mortality rate"
Every year 7 out of 100 children die at birth according to the Population Reference Bureau

Goal 5 - Improve Maternal Health
"Reduce by three quarters, between 1990 and 2015, the maternal mortality ratio"

There are no reported cases of HIV/AIDS in Qatar

Goal 7 - Ensure Environmental Sustainability
"Reduce biodiversity loss, achieving, by 2010, a significant reduction in the rate of loss"
Qatar produces 48.3 metric tons of CO2 emissions every year according to World Population Data Sheet

Goal 8 - Develop a Global Partnership for Development
"Develop further an open, rule-based, predictable, non-discriminatory trading and financial system"
